Binance, the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange by volume, is launching its customer service center in Turkey after 2 years of establishing a local entity there. Perhaps Turkey is the right choice because of the high volume of traffic Binance is getting from the country.

“We provide customer support only via texting, and in the forthcoming period, we aim to roll this service also via phone in all countries.” -Binance CEO Changpeng Zhao stated at the Paris Blockchain Week Summit

According to the announcement, Binance will provide its Turkish customers with 24/7 customer care support, and it will be provided only through the app. The exchange explained that this goal is to put an end to fraud cases before they even begin. With the new service, customers in need of help will be contacted through the application, and a conversation will start when the customer accepts the call.
